The Gallery Players’ 46th season kicks off on Sept. 8 with Ken Ludwig’s Lend Me A Tenor.

In Lend Me A Tenor, it’s the biggest night in the history of the Cleveland Grand Opera Company. When Tito Morelli, a renowned tenor about to make his North American premiere, is incapacitated by a series of calamities; Max, the office boy, is forced to impersonate him. What follows is a chain reaction of mistaken identity, innuendo and absurd plot twists that are as funny as they are ridiculous.

Running in Brooklyn through Sept. 23, this ensemble farce features Joe Beuerlein (Max), Gregory Cohan (Bellhop), Laura Lawson (Diana), Marisol Miller-Wave (Maria), Sean Patterson* (Tito Merelli), Amanda Pulcini* (Maggie), Jim Shine (Saunders) and Pauline Walsh (Julia).

The Gallery Players’ production of Lend Me A Tenor is directed by Dominic Cuskern and produced by Mark Harborth. Production Stage Manager is Dathan Manning and Assistant Stage Manager is Timothy Sheridan.

Costume design for Lend Me A Tenor is by Joey Haws, set design by Andrew Lu, lighting design by Michael O’Connor, props design by Sara Slagle and sound design by Jacob Subotnick.

Lend Me A Tenor will play Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., with final two Saturdays at 2 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Tickets to Lend Me A Tenor are $18 for adults, $14 for Seniors & Children 12 and under.
