Andrew Cohen

Andrew Zachary Cohen - has been a theatre animal prowling the streets of NYC for artistic nourishment since the fall of 2001 when he came to the city as a freshman at Tisch School of the Arts, New York University. Since then, he has participated as a writer, stage manager, or arts administrator on such varied enterprises as off-off Broadway's Caroline, or Change at the Gallery Players, the Brooklyn Academy of Music's Next Wave Festival, off-Broadway's The Trip to Bountiful at the Signature, and this past season's Finian's Rainbow on Broadway.

    Andrew has previously reviewed for stagespace.com and theatrescene.net. As a playwright, his work has been seen at NYU's Goldberg Theatre and the Triad on the Upper West Side. As a lyricist, his songs have been featured in Lincoln Center's Songbook series. He holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU and is a proud member of Actors' Equity.
